At Formike, product quality is the cornerstone of our enterprise. We are committed to providing global customers with high-performance and high-reliability TFT LCD display solutions. From raw material procurement to finished product shipment, every step undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure that every LCD module delivered meets or exceeds customer expectations.
2. Quality Management System
Formike has established a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards, covering the entire lifecycle from product design, raw material procurement, manufacturing, inspection and testing, warehousing and logistics to after-sales service. We continuously improve our quality management processes to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.
3. Production Process Quality Control
3.1 Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials and components undergo strict inspection before warehousing. Formike implements a supplier qualification certification and periodic audit system to ensure source quality. Key inspection items include: component parameter testing, material specification verification, visual inspection, and environmental compliance testing.
3.2 In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During production, Formike implements key process monitoring and first-article inspection systems. Each production process has quality control checkpoints, with SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods used to monitor key parameters in real-time, enabling timely detection and correction of deviations to ensure stable process capability.
3.3 Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Every batch of products undergoes comprehensive outgoing inspection before shipment. Inspection standards follow the Formike Inspection Criteria, with sampling plans based on MIL-STD-105E. Inspection items include visual inspection, electrical testing, display quality evaluation, and functional testing. Only products that 100% meet specification requirements are released for shipment.
4. Testing Equipment & Laboratory
Formike is equipped with advanced testing equipment and a professional laboratory to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection results. Key testing equipment includes:
• High-precision optical inspection microscopes
• Optoelectronic performance testing systems
• Temperature and humidity environmental chambers
• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) testing equipment
• Luminance/chromacity meters
• Shock and vibration testing equipment
5. Reliability Testing
Formike implements systematic reliability testing to ensure products maintain stable performance under various operating conditions.
6. Environmental Compliance
Formike strictly complies with international environmental regulations. All products meet the following environmental standards:
• RoHS 2.0 Directive (EU 2015/863): Restriction of hazardous substances including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBDEs and DBDEs

7. Traceability & Record Management
Formike has established a comprehensive batch traceability system, enabling full traceability from raw materials to finished product shipment:
• Each batch is assigned a unique batch number, recording key information including production date, batch, and inspection results
• Raw material batches are traceable to supplier source
• Inspection records are retained for no less than the product warranty period
• Batch information queries and verification are supported upon customer request
8. ESD Control Program
Formike strictly implements ESD protection standards (ANSI/ESD S20.20), applying anti-static measures throughout production, storage, and transportation:
• ESD protection zones established in production workshops with ionizers, anti-static flooring, and grounding systems
• All operators wear anti-static wrist straps and anti-static clothing
• Products packaged in anti-static materials for storage and transportation
