How to Order

At Formike, we are committed to providing you with a convenient and efficient ordering experience. From initial inquiry to after-sales support, our streamlined process ensures a seamless partnership for all your LCD display needs.

1. Inquiry & Communication

• Please contact us via our website’s online form, email, or phone. Provide details such as the required LCD model, size, resolution, interface type, and quantity. Our professional sales team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss your specific requirements.

2. Quotation

• Based on your requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation covering product specifications, pricing, lead time, payment terms, and packaging options. The quotation is valid for 30 calendar days. If needed, we can also offer cost-effective alternative solutions tailored to your budget.

3. Sample Confirmation

•After the product specifications and quotations are confirmed, customers can order samples for testing and verification as needed. Once the samples are confirmed to be correct, we will proceed to the next step of the formal order process.

4. Order Placement & Payment

• After confirming the quotation and signing the sample approval and purchase contract or order confirmation, please make the payment as agreed. We support T/T, L/C, and Western Union. Upon receiving the full payment or the agreed deposit, we will officially issue production instructions and initiate the manufacturing process.

5. Production

• Your order enters the production phase. The standard lead time is typically 30-60 working days, depending on the order quantity and product complexity.

6. Quality Inspection

• Upon completion of production, we conduct rigorous QC inspections, including functional testing, aging tests, and appearance checks, to ensure every screen meets your specifications. We can provide factory inspection reports.

7. Packaging & Shipping

• We use professional anti-static packaging solutions (anti-static bags or plastic tray + foam + cartons) to ensure the products remain undamaged during transit. Depending on your requirements and urgency, we flexibly arrange express delivery (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT), air freight, or sea freight. After shipment, we will provide a tracking number for real-time updates, along with packing lists and invoices for customs clearance.

8. After-Sales Service

• All our products come with a 12-month quality warranty. If you find any quality issues upon receiving the goods, please contact us within 7 working days with photos or videos describing the problem. We will provide a solution, including repair, replacement, or refund, within 48 hours of receiving your feedback to ensure your business is not affected.
